Significance This row of six attached cottages were designed to house the workers at the nearby Randell's Flour Mill. The cottage row is reminiscent of the tenants' accommodation on the estates of English landed gentry. They are associated with W B Randell, pioneer of the area, one of the first settlers and one of the first sub-managers for the South Australian Company. (HSA, 1/2000)
