Significance |
Built for Richard McClure in 1854, Prospect Hall is significant for its association with a number of noted South Australians including Joseph Montefiore; George Fife Angas, philanthropist; Hon. John Langdon Parsons, politician; and Donald McLean, a pastoralist who is credited with introducing fencing and paddocking to South Australian pastoral properties in 1864.
